WISD also passed a deficit budget this year after having to dip into their reserve funds (savings account) to shell out $500,000 in electric bill expenditures on new campuses.
This was after WISD trustees asked, asked, asked (and received lies) from WISD Administration that money had already been budgeted for new campus electricity bills.
That vote passed 4-3, with Langley voting for it and then outright lying later on.
