Dr. Joe Langley was on the WISD school board when then-14-year-old Tarah Gallegos was searched up her blouse after Waxahachie Jr. High used undercover drug snitches to bust 12 students...
Tarah's only guilt was wearing one of the jackets that one of the infamous 12 gave her.
Drugs were not found on any student in this undercover drug sweep, according to WISD.

Langley was on the school board when it came out that both a male and female principal had carted Tarah into the principal's office and threatened her with suspension if she did not allow for them to search up her blouse.
Langley covered up for the district by not speaking out against this heinous crime.
Had this been anyone else, those people would be in jail.
